Black UniGryphon Backside

Drawing from 2007...
I'd meant to finish coloring it... but, put it off many many times.

I have another color version which is also unfinished... still...

It's my fursona "Black UniGryphon" but also it's a character "Vallour Nikee".

The Gryphon is a moodier character than my character "Lively" and can also be a bit deeper in thought, as well as quirky. She's less of the vibrant personality of Lively and more of a dynamic in extremisms and extreme middles while being never true black... She is more experienced, and altho' having been wounded & scarred by the past experiences, and sometimes cynical she more powerful, agile, and tough despite the sensitive & moodiness.

The Gryphon has many spiritual & intellectual overtones & undertones, conflicting logic and reasoning to come to more understanding, and often challenges everything, rather than taking most things at face value unless it obviously seems so... she's also riddle-some, and obscure, with spiritual yearnings & requirement, yet with odd humor.



Perhaps not the best of sketches from me... I know... Oh well...
Tried to keep the coloring simple & mellow...
