* WISH-LIST ME!!!!! * *********************************** Another kind of art I'm pretty interested to get into, is the Romance type. Like on the covers of novels and DVDs, or MOvie Posters... I got this clipping from a News paper, but it's one of the Chinese ones that Li reads, so I don't know if this if from a film or not... or whether it's just models posing for "editorial" spots. But, the guy in the photo kinda looks like Jered Leto... But, I hated the hair so I changed it... This sketch isn't quite as good as I'd like it to be, but what can ya do? I'm rusty with charcoals and the paper is small, so it's not like you can get allot of details on a small peice of paper. Right? I probly spent about 5 hours working on this both at home and in the mall... The 1st Charcoal I used was too dark so I bought vine charcoals in medium & hard. But, they wouldn't stick well to the paper and often rubbed off or smudged... so, I still need to re-ajust to the charcoals again. ;/ I plan on redoing this in the future as well... |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
