Waterfall Concept Video Mapping

Here's my rough concept which is due this week, n don;t know how I'll manage to pull that off... but, it's for my #UMASS Video Mapping Project.
PRESSURE!

I need to build the model, and the video will be an animated waterfall, which will be projected onto the model in 3D living space, much like instillation modern art.

I'm keeping it 100% as simple n basic as possible because I really know very little about Adobe After Effects.
